Strategy and Planning
The foundation of every Business Strategy are the Business Vision and the Business Values which set out for the organisation:
- What is the Business Vision for the organisation in three – five years time? What will we be celebrating at that time? What will have been achieved? What will success feel like, professionally and personally?
- What is our value proposition to our customers and our consumers? How do they differ? Are they clear? Will the market see them as being different from our competitors and in what ways?
- What business values do we intend to permeate the organisation? How will this feel? How will we know when we have the right culture and what will be the tell-tale signs when this is not evident?
