We engaged John to assist with the development of a 3 year business plan, and the strategy to get us there. He has been particularly good at asking us challenging questions and hence getting us to think differently about our business. The ideas generated as a result have been excellent. One specific area where he has been particularly helpful was with the adoption of Strategic Account Management, and writing detailed customer plans. Another has been facilitating our thinking about a possible new JV with an outside party. John has been a particularly useful business advisor, and we will engage him again.
