Lead the Organisation
Leading the Organisation is all about how to develop the organisation leadership team that lives up to the desired organisational culture. To do this, we require real clarity for the senior leaders in the business across:
- What is the organisational structure of the business and how do we plan to transition to it?
- What is our current and desired culture, and how do we plan to transition to it?
- What is the shape of Leadership Team, its skills, personalities and leadership styles – current and desired?
- How do we need to support the organisation leadership team?
- How will we communicate across the organisation effectively?
Each of these five elements draws together the knowledge they require to lead from a position of empowerment, transparency and authenticity to position the business to deliver on its vision and objectives.
