Julie has just set up a Brownie business selling the most delicious treat. But it’s not sure if she is a product designer, a food manufacturer, a retailer or, a coffee shop. Her challenge is very much to identify what she wants to be when she grows up so she can focus on: her Strategy and Planning, growing her product and service offering, and creating market demand.

One of her challenges is going to be dealing with the emerging Sugar is Evil movement which is sure to hamper market demand. It is market demand that drives customers to her door, shapes the menu and the recipes that she creates and forms the basis for success of this narrow niche.
